"Ahmed Hill has committed to Marquette, a source told Paint Touches. Big news for the Golden Eagles."

SCOUTING REPORT ON AHMED HILL

A scorer from Georgia, his ranking took a dip after a bit of an off summer. He is a two guard with pretty good size, pretty good athleticism and the ability to knock down shots. A bit passive at times and will rise back to form as he learns to put more pressure on defenders with the dribble.

If we somehow manage to get both of them along with Noskowiak that by far overshadows the 2013 class and would be Buzz's (and I'm sure Marquette's) best class.

When this class gets on campus & is ready to play distributing only 200 minutes is going to be an issue. Perhaps 40 minuts of hell with lots of substitutions.

That would most likely be a 2 McD's AA class. Not only would it be MU's likely best ever class, it'd certainly be one of the country's best classes. Top-5 for sure.

Yes. He had a rough AAU summer circuit and saw his stock and rankings drop. Despite that, Buzz stuck with him when the big boys backed off. Probably a big key in Marquette landing Hill.

Thanks. I noticed now that Matthews is visiting again in November to watch the Ohio State game. Maybe him and Diamond can get together to watch that!
