Buzz has a rollover contract.
Which means nothing if he want to leave.

As mentioned in other thread:  Re-Hire Steve Cottingham.

No contract means anything if he wants to leave.

Locking up Buzz shouldn't even be a thought for Father Wild. Look...I want Buzz here as much as anyone, but I also want Buzz to be happy here. I really believe that will require a president and athletic director he is happy with for the long term. Having Buzz sign a binding agreement with Father Wild only to foist some new president on him he may not get along with doesn't do anything positive for us in the long-term. Any amended extension should be taken care of by the new administration, not an interim one.

Bringing FFP back to former protocol
Landing a big
Decreasing the drinking age to 19
Making FS1 relevant
Scheduling an intervention with LAX bros
Creating an uniform set of standards for "who played in the NBA"
Re-opening the 'Lanche
Getting D-Wade to end his relationship with Crean
Discussing proper T-Shirt selection with JFB
Getting bigeast.org up and running

So much to do... so little time

Work with the video crew to put together an electrifying introduction sequence in order to upstage all the players at Marquette Madness.

I can't wait for his entrance music to hit when he makes a presentation at a basketball game.

He always comes out to Jump by Van Halen. It's like hearing glass shatter and you know Stone Cold is coming out.

And as was mentioned in that thread, this will never happen.  Broeker is the only one who would be good internally.

But that being said, LW seems to be doing just fine.  Not sure why we would want to push him out.

Have we seen any of those guys sporting IU gear?
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

I don't want to push anyone anywhere, but I'd say Larry is in a bit of a pickle. His consigliere has been removed, replaced by Buzz's biggest booster. Things have changed, big time.

Larry's Hiroshima!!

What a thrill this will be for Father Wild. Come back for less than a year and get to be part of the 2014 national champions.

PS - I wish we knew the specifics on Buzz's contract.

Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

You are very mistaken if you think Father Wild would do anything to support one over the other...you are also mistaken if you think there is actually a power war between Buzz and LW

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Yes, but I don't particularly care what college shirt they are wearing.  I saw Lebron James on tv wearing a Cowboys cap and later a Ohio State U. shirt....he played for neither.  Life is too short.

Oh I agree with that.  He is on unsettled ground with a new boss on the horizon.
