Bucky Beatdown
Not much to say, but that was a very satisfiying week for #mubb culminating in a dominating performance against in-state rival University of Wisconsin - Madison extension. Finally listened, great pod as always. Your question about about top 5 wins under Wojo made me want to make my own list.
1. Villnova, obviously
2. @Wisconsin with Henry
3. @Creighton when they were #7
4. @Providence when they were #8
5. Hard to pick one here. I could see arguments for last weekend's blowout of Bucky, blitzing Vanderbilt in the Veteran's Classic, or maybe the Ellenson/Simmons battle against LSU

I'm excluding Nova because it's so obvious and thoroughly transcends any other win. Here's my next 5 and another 5 in Lunardi fashion.
1) Dec 12, 2015 at Wisconsin: Signature game for Ellenson, beating a rival, and the last loss of Bo Ryan's career.
2) Feb 18, 2017 at Xavier: That win sealed our return to the Tournament. Huge road win.
3) Jan 5, 2016 at Providence: Beating a top-10 on the road in dramatic fashion with Henry's block at the buzzer on Dunn was awesome.
4) Jan 21, 2017 at Creighton: This one gets forgotten because we beat #1 a few days later, but CU was 18-1 and that 1 was Villanova. Another huge top-10 road win. Bonus points for Luke just abusing Justin Patton.
5) Feb 10, 2016 vs Providence: That game was insane. Back and forth, they rallied down 9, Carter's layup to force OT, Bentil's 42 points, Henry's 26/16, 187 total points, games don't get much better.
5 more: Vanderbilt at the Naval Academy, LSU in NYC, Carlino's 38 over Georgia Tech, Seton Hall at MSG in 2015, VCU in Maui for SOS reasons
That's 11 games that for me were bigger than this Wisconsin win in retrospect. Certainly more entertaining, though I do love beating Bucky. I think it got out of hand so quickly and after 28-11 they were never really close again that it just felt a bit routine.

I don't think it ever felt in jeopardy. I would also say it didn't have the significance or excitement of those 11 I listed. Certainly not in the same stratosphere with the first 6. It was a win, and a damn fun one for us, but hardly one with program significance.

I agree with this, particularly as they had just rallied from 17 down to 9 at the end of the half, then down to 6 plus ball just after half. Then Rowsey went off and all was good again, but it was getting tense there with 17 minutes left in the half.

That’s different then saying it wasn’t close. Objectively it was close. Not in jeopardy is a subjective opinion.

Sorry Brew, I disagree. Handing an in-state rival their second worst home loss in program history is significant no matter the quality of the in-state rival that year. Saturday's win is at least 10 top ten IMHO.
