Given the charges, I suspect the sex was consensual but he recorded it without the women's consent using a hidden camera. If the sex was allegedly nonconsensual, there would likely be sexual assault charges as well.

The way it written left it vague as to whether he was secretly taking the women were having sex with him or if he was peeping while they had sex with one another (which could lead to additional charges).
