JJJ is still above Flood on the depth chart.  That's encouraging.

Unless I am not remembering correctly, we have underperformed at Big East
tourney, maybe something we can change this year

Won't be enough.  Better chance of them not winning another game the rest of the year than winning four straight.

1) Not being enough is a possibility, but not a guarentee. Soft bubble this year.

2) You really think it's more likely we go 0-3 than 4-0? Where is your optimism? I don't think we g 4-0, but I think it's more likely than 0-3

The thing that is somewhat apparent after this game.  Is that if you made a team of the top 8 players from these two teams.  The top 8 would all be wearing white jerseys.

LOl - JJJ just launches a 3 with defender right on him...no dribble....and drains it...something you'd never some of our other guards do...granted it was garbage time...but the talent is there..

Greg Anthony is a class act.

Harlem and Anthony are pros, one of my favorite crews. Just shows the difference between basically all the fs1 announcers.  They actually know the teams and don't just use the same talking points over and over again about the teams that are used in every game.

1.  The RPI projections show they basically need to win the BET.  Obviously it depends on the BET schedule as far as the quality of opponents we face.  But winning the BET, at this point, is the only legitimate chance.

2.  Absolutely.  We have played extremely poorly on the road our last three games.  Providence is fighting for a tourney bid.  St. Johns is just plain better than us.  I am not sure who our first BET game will be against but it will not be against someone that we are clearly better than.  So yes, 0-3 is more likely than 4-0, and for me it isn't even close.

Sagarin says 0-3 is about a 14% chance, 4-0 about a 0.9% chance.  They don't have an optimism factor to plug in.

Was really excited to see JJJ develop at MU. Has an NBA first step to the bucket. This season he needed to work on strength and defense (like any freshman). Would have been really good as a soph I think. It's a shame buzz buried him on the bench. Oh well I guess.

You do know he could still be really good as a sophomore right? There will be plenty of minutes for him next season.

Considering we have at least 3 players on the floor at all times that can't hit a shot, we must have missed a lot
on the recruiting trail. Juan can't hit a shot to save his life and if your center and point guard can't hit FT's your
team starts in the hole every game.

Wait till next year with Taylor, Juan and Dwil starting.
