6'3" very limited hops. 

Tennis ball, yes; 16" softball, check; volleyball, I would claim it; basketball, never.

I HAVE A BIG CRANK on my bballhoop. Last year I lowered it. Maybe to 8.5” but probably closer to 7.

Tried to get cute with a couple dunks and nearly maimed myself. It’s back to 10” and I’m happy with my layups

I'm 6'5": tall with a 1" vertical leap and average length arms.



A one-inch vertical?  Even Davante's  was better than that!
