I second the Odartey Blankston call above. Very good looking player and could have been a key piece when he left.

Garcia didn't hurt.   Any transfer that becomes a punchline at the banquet three years later can't hurt too much.

Story time? Did I miss something?

Yes.    The Cardinals are in a uncharacteristic hole.    Some prospects didn't pan out.   Maybe they should try the portal.      The A's are not even trying.    They are an embarrassment to all owners everywhere.      The White Sox have been competitive recently, they just got dumber.    Florida, for whatever reason, does not support MLB.

Right now, there are a dozen teams as bad or worse than the A’s.

If the Cards don’t want to compete anymore, I’d get rid of them 1st.

A person posted this question on Reddit and it got me wondering. If all else in their career trajectory happened as it did at MU who hurt the most leaving?

Obvious answer is Sam

Other contenders are Deonte and McKay, Maymon probably Mbakwe

Garcia & Joey, put up decent numbers but seemed way over ranked in HS. Haanif & Christopherson got pretty good their final years but were average prior. Taylor did well in the mid majors his last year.

Who else truly hurt leaving and watching their success elsewhere? (Non grad transfer)

Jameel’s departure was an omen for that season.

Would have been nice to have Mbkawe but I’m not sure how those rosters are different if he stays.

It’s Sam, though his departure hastened the end of the Wojo era.  Odartey is probably a close second

The stories on each are so fascinating and so specific.

Sam
Jeronne
Odartey

So Hards's new standard is protestors he agrees with can hit people all they like as long as they don't hurt them is protected by the First Amendment.

They attacked her, and counter-protestors came to her aid; you cannot see what insanity you are arguing for?

You're so incredibly stupid, and you think you're so incredibly smart.  Her friends pulled her from approaching the barricades in a crouch.  She lost her balance and hit her head.  There is video of this.  I don't need a standard when I can see what happened.  You'll fall for any lie to try to create a narrative in your head.  As usual, your knee jerk reaction to get some sort of 'own' ends up being a self own.

She's as full of crap as you are for believing her story you absolute rube.

Rough night for Pat Beverly

Oh man, that's gonna cost him. A lot. Jae was in there trying to keep him from spending even more money.

Odartey would have helped in 2004.

Not a transfer but LeDarryl killed me.

JD 1994, Indiana University. Unlike your degree from the google school of law. Different jurisdictions have different definitions for assault and/or battery. I would venture to say all jurisdictions would agree that chanting from the river to the sea would not constitute an assault. The imminent harm element is not there.

Exactly.  It's quite literally why no one has been arrested for free speech.

NASP is a titanically stupid person.  Should really replace the word Serious with Smart in his profile.
