Joe T was never the Dean, interim maybe, but not the Dean. His title was/is, what, Associate Dean or something like that.

I think he is dean of undergrads. His official title is Associate Dean of something. Yes he is still here.

Assistant Dean of Undergrad. Ironic that he is wearing a shirt w/ long sleeves in this picture as I do not remember him EVER wearing anything other than a short sleeve shirt. Among other things, yikes.
