With the dark side of the force, I'm going to say about 30 feet.

I like our chances more with Henry Ellenson now. I also think it's fairly obvious Stone is headed out of state (Kentucky, UCLA or possibly Kansas).

So basically, he wants Ellenson, and a SG to go along with the rest of the class.

He looks kinda old, but he does increase the proportion of African-Americans on the team, so he'll have to increase our chances to win the NCAA Tournament, right?

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Think Ellenson is a lock and Stone still in play. Impact coach gets impact players.

Would make things very interesting. Think one for sure and solid chance for two.

The we would go to having a crap ton of bigs and no guard depth.  If both Stone and Ellenson want to come you can't say no but having little backcourt court depth would be a huge problem in and of itself. That being said, bring on both Stone and Ellenson.

We'd still have Duane, Dawson, JJJ, and Nick N...along with Burton...I'd say we'd have enough  backcourt depth.

That team 2015-2016...if Ellenson and Stone both come...could be a National Championship contender..

And Cohen

My concern is a true PG.  We have 2 guards and combos for days.  Is it too much to ask for a true PG to feed those guys.  The other thought is Stone would probably be gone after 1 in this situation and HE after 1 or 2.  Again, not complaining but folks tend to point to roster balance from a years in school perspective but outside of maybe Dawson and Du. Wilson we've got nothing there in the pipeline.

If he gets both of them, then he's gone in 5 years but it is what it is at this point.  Love to see him get both, honestly hope he gets one because Stone isn't staying in Wisconsin I don't think and Henry sounds like he is down to NW, MU, and Duke.

There are lots of guards on the team.
When Levin annouce for MU he said Wojo told him he would play the 2 & 3.
JJJ can play the 2 & 3
Burton can play the 2 & 3
W. Ellenson can play the 2 & 3
Duane Wilson can play the 1 & 2
Dawson can play the 1 & 2
Nick N can play the 1 & 2
Cohen can play the 1, 2 & 3
7 of 11 currently committed players can play guard to some extent
Only Fischer and Heldt are above 6'8"
Taylor is 6'7"
We need two bigs more than we need another guard.

Could you even imagine a Dawson, Du Wilson, Burton, Ellenson and Stone starting 5. All of that with Fischer coming off the bench would make me find a way to stay an extra year in school.

I'd move my happy ass back from Charleston, SC to Milwaukee for a masters degree just to see that for a year.

I would be shocked if Stone ended up at MU. I think UW has a better chance at Stone, a very small chance but better than MU. Just my opinion based on some conversations with those that might know. We will see.

Stone is to stupid to academically make at MU or Wisconsin. Will take Swaheeli at Kentucky, North Carolina,

Pathetic!! The least you can do when calling someone else stupid is to use proper grammar and spelling.

It's too, Swahili, and a comma after Michigan State, moron. Not to mention the improper usage of Will.

Another class for you would be a pre-English 101.

Reminds me of when we would bring in a JAG to talk to the squadron during Commander's Call. Troops would ask questions, always prefacing them with, "I have this friend..." or "I know this guy who..."

There is nothing more transparent.
