im glad that there were no fatalities.  pretty ironic.

dirty jersey is passing stricter saftey belt laws after their governor was not wearing a seat belt and almost died in an accident.

They should pass .. no seatbelt = no medical insurance coverage when you crash.  Mildly surprised that an insurnace company hasn't already put that in their policy.
