Hi All,

Long time lurker first time poster.  MU class of 2006. My daughter and I recently launched a casual golf apparel company.  We currently have hats and tees, and have windbreakers, polos, crewnecks, and hoodies in production.  Plan on producing a wide range of colorways as well.

Yeah down for the 4 putt shirt but brand is key to judge sizing.

It's a Bella Canvas shirt.  Private branding for the label.  We have the Snowman script printed in the neck collar.  Products are printed locally here in the Chicago area (not China).

Thanks

Made some updates to the product listings today.  Thanks again for the feedback.  So far things are going better than expected.  I was on a IG cast with a collective group which definitely helped with traction.

We printed and shipped our first batch of shirts today.  It was a cool experience.

If interested, I posted a story and reel on IG (@snowman_golf).

Thanks,
Snowman

Golf Digest did a story on how a Tour Pro would shoot on a regular every day course set up from the whites. Bubba Watson participated on this experiment. Very fun article to read.

Rahm and Bryson to miss the Olympics after testing positive for COVID.    Rahm is a puzzler.

Vaccinated people are getting positive tests.  However, few iif any are having serious medical issues or hospitalizations.  If the goal is zero positive tests, whether it be for athletes or any other profession, it's not going to happen.  Frankly we have no earthly idea what the actual cases were before or are now because of the asymptomatic component of all of this.  The obsession with "cases" isn't helpful at all.

Bryson messed up his steroid cycles, didn’t want to risk a positive test. Got COVID as an out.

Good stuff from the women at the Evian.  Two great swings from Yealimi Noh and Minjee Lee.

I've mentioned this briefly before, but switching to a stack and tilt swing has completely changed my golf game for the better. Played since I was 4ish. Changed starting last summer at 35.

In addition, conservative course management has also helped greatly.

Combination of the two has made the sport easier by improving consistency of swing and lowered the stress level.

If anyone's interested, I'd be happy to share some resources.

Yes, he’s been on tour for a few years now.  Going to be some randos popping up on a leaderboard in a 60-man field with limited top player participation.  Marcus Fraser lead after two rounds in Rio
Ramsey head thoroughly up his ass.

At this point I'd try anything. I manage the course pretty well but my ball striking has been all over the map this season.

For swing help, Nick Taylor Golf and Saguto Golf on YouTube have been videos that have helped immensely. Nick is sometimes too focused on certain positions. Saguto breaks things down into very simple, repetitive ideas.

For course management, Golf Sidekick. Specifically, this video: https://youtu.be/sBHUDqyLDR8

Winning the gold is just perfect Xander. Guy loves limited field events.

Gaining quick traction through the Instagram channel.  Several influencers have been very helpful.

Released two new hats today.  Working the limited release market with t-shirts.  Dropping 25 at a time open to subscribers first.

Would love it if you would have a look at our Instagram (@snowman_golf).  SHAKA20 still stands for all products.

Thanks!

I'm confused by De Charcuterie and his explanation for not getting a COVID  vaccine.  "I don't want to take it because I'm healthy and others need it before I do."  Excuse me?  I think we can debate mandates and all sorts of things but this is beyond bizarre to me.  Did I miss that the elderly are not getting vaccines because younger people are taking them?  WTF?

I think his smarts are pretty limited outside of the physics of hitting a golf ball. Or he’s just trying to justify not getting it and tried to come up with something that sounds good.
