Al McGuire was a star at St. John's University (1947-1951), where he played for four years and captained the 1951 team that posted a 26-5 mark and finished third in the NIT.

I like when we play St. John's at home and have AL's night.

When is AL's night this year?  Is there an Al's night?  There has to be.

Isn't Al's Night now folded into National Marquette Day?

Also, this post should ONLY be AL.

He has by far the best show on ESPN radio. This is coming from a sports radio junkie.

I did not know Mel Gibson had a show on ESPN---and does St. John's have an extension in Australia?

Charley Rangel. I suspect he majored in Corrupt Political Science at St. John's. What a credit to the school!

...Corrupt Political Science...

Redundancy alert.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.
