1- Dominic James
2- Dwyane Wade
3- Steve Novak
4- Lazar Hayward
5- Robert Jackson

Bench
Travis Diener
Jerel McNeal
Wes Matthews
Brian Wardle
Cordell Henry
Olouma Nnamaka

I picked James over Diener in spite of consensus on this board, and despite my mancrush on TD34 because I think the team already has enough perimeter threats in Novak and Hayward, and in that situation I would rather take James' athleticism and defense, especially if 'Rel is on the bench behind Wade.

how bout a blue team and a gold team?

Blue:

Travis
McNeal
Jimmy F*ckin Butler

R. Jackson

Subs:  DJO
          Wardle

Coach: Buzz

Gold:

I'd take the Gold team, despite Crean's best efforts to F--- it up.

Roseboro was a Buzz recruit, I think The Man In Gold was going for all Crean recruits.

A kid I loved that I don't think has been mentioned that I would CONSIDER (not necessarily have there) for the end of the bench...  Cordell Henry.  I think he was quite a talented little PG for us who often times gets lost in the mix of things at MU, but was a solid contributor overall in my opinion.

I don't know though, not over whelming numbers by any means, but I feel like his contributions went beyond the numbers if you follow me.

Pat Duffey was a MONSTER on the intramural court.
Rob Hanley is a MONSTER on the beer pong table!

I'd Take Hanley for the off season

Someday, I hope we hear Matt's version of his time at MU.       Amo's, too.

Starters:

Diener
Wade
Matthews
Hayward
Jackson

James, McnNeal, Novak and Butler get heavy minutes off the bench with DJO, Merritt and Barro getting spot duty.

I would kill to watch that team play.

MPG:

Diener: 26
Wade: 30
Matthews: 26
Hayward: 26
Jackson: 28

James: 14
McNeal: 14
Novak: 14
Butler: 12

DJO: Instant offense

Merritt & Barro: insurance for when Jackson, Hayward, Novak and Butler are all in foul trouble

How can you leave off Kevin Menard, Ron Howard, and the man-child James Matthews?     Plus, give MJax some props.   He wasn't recruited to be a point center, but he did the best he could.

Think I'd actually take team Blue, even against Wade.  They've got a wider array of threats from 3 and Butler/Hayward/RJax would dominate the boards.

1.  Deiner
2.  McNeal
3.  Wade
4.  Novak
5.  Hayward

B.  Matthews
B.  James
B.  Wardle
B.  Merritt
B.  Henry
B.  Nnamaka
B.  Barro

Smallish starting 5, but I didn't want to pick RJax due to only one season.  Obviously many quality guards, not too much to choose from on the interior.

Hobbes:  What's misunderstood about you?

Glad someone put James as a starter. Scoring numbers are even, but Dominic's defense is more important than 3 point shooting. Here's mine-

PG- James, Diener, Henry
SG- Wade, McNeal, Wardle
SF- Novak, Matthews
PF- Hayward,  Nnamaka
C- Jackson, Merritt
