Purdue more at home in BC than MU?

Not one of those previews made me feel we even have a single shot tonight. Ugh.
However, having said that.... we got this!

I have no problem with MU being seen as an underdog. It's an attitude that Wojo embraces — and one that the team bought into last season (when they overachieved expectations in beating #1 ranked Villanova and earning an NCAA tournament bid).
KenPom predicts a 1-point loss, which means it's basically a 50-50 game. Far from no shot at a victory.
Aside from Swanigan, Purdue returns almost everyone. In Friday's game against Mt. St. Mary's, 4 Marquette players had less than 100 minutes of game experience. So what? That just means MU has a lot more film on the Boilermakers than they do on us. In other words: The element of surprise is on our side.

There’s something to this. Certainly inexperience means something...but the void of the “unknown” can sometimes be filled with greatness. Our guys have great potential.
Does that mean we will win. Not necessarily, but real potential is there. Purdue should be afraid.....and Pray! :)

Kenpom sees it as a 45/55 game, he gives a percentage on every game.

Unfortunately, too much experience on Purdue's side I suspect. We have punchers chance, though, especially at home. (Just ask Nova.)

Which is basically a 50-50 game, as I stated.

Or basically a 60-40 game by that logic

Couldn't have said it better.
