Factually I am correct. It’s a roadway. “Legally” in the state of Wisconsin, you’re not a “dhead”, but factually you are most certainly being one.

Again, the major definitions of a roadway are road on land or a bridge between two pieces of land. If you wish to pursue secondary technical dfinitions, please feel free.
