Another interesting move by Scott Drew

This spring he told Jeronne Maymon he'd make him the next Kevin Durant of Baylor.
Earlier this summer he offered a 7th grader from Illinois.
Now he's hired an AAU coach as his director of player development (whatever that means).
Coincidentally, that same guy just happens to have coached John Wall, the #1 player in the class of 2009, for the past two summers.

Those kind of moves can get a coach like Calipari to the title game...but the players and coaches still have to seal the deal.
