Playing for a team in the dairy state of Wisconsin, Dave is lactose intolerant. And he sounds like he's allergic to gluten? as well.

Chicken tenders, fries, and cereal (no milk). I feel for you, Dave!

the thing that doesnt really make sense is that most of the things he mentioned (chicken tenders, pasta...) all have gluten ?-(

Didn't see the clip, but I think you can get some of those things gluten free. Probably corn-based rather than wheat-based.
