Anyone got any info on who this is?  Apparently he is being investigated for some possibly inappropriate images of underagers/kids...

My computer was hit with a nasty virus a couple days ago and a simple google search would take me to some hardcore porn,  some of those ladies didn't look but maybe 18.  Would have laughed but it was on the computer I work on at school and I don't know what I would have done if that sh.t showed up when working with a prof or something.

Had to reset my computer to factory settings which cleaned it out (thank goodness for external hard drives).

Hopefully for this professor, it's just a virus or something.

Otherwise, if it's really kiddie porn, get your reading material ready for a few in prison.

At least he didn't bring up Marquette's shared indifference to the "European Conflict" in 1939.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

That is what I assumed, but I couldn't let it go quietly.

Add the loss to Providence in the NCAAs. Croshere was the mad bomber.

Even, I dare, the blowout Final Four loss to KU. What a huge choke on national TV as MU alums gathered nationwide in local viewing parties. I had to apologize to my non-MU buddies at the half. Just two reminders about this game: 1) we were down by 29 at the half and 2) it was the fourth-most lopsided game in Final Four history.

Nobody unaffiliated with Marquette remembers that game, or so I've read.

And how did we fail to mention last year's loss at DePaul?
You know, the game that would send the team packing for the NIT or worse, so sayeth the panic-stricken masses, and continues to be a talking point for some.

I love how an off-topic thread actually became relevant to Marquette basketball.  Usually the opposite happens.

Im not exactly sure what you are referring to, or specifically what you are trying to make fun of......but I am literally laughing out loud at the awesome randomness of that statement.
“All men dream; but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act out their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.” - T.E. Lawrence

MU isn't releasing any info because it is still an ongoing investigation and no arrests have been made.  BTW Dayton is getting killed right now.

2nd Semester Update:

Saw the "engineering professor in question" at Haggerty Hall the other day measuring some volumetric flow from a pipe rack.  Although he's not teaching classes this semester (i don't think), the incident seemed to be a big mistake...

if only the alleged videos were of teenage lesbos, he could have said he was doing research for his resume to apply for the dean of lib arts position recently filled then vacated by that guy from seattle.  just broadening his horizons a little ;D
