Furthermore, our coaching staff has never and will never recruit blue chip players, mostly because every assistant on the team leaves every year.

This statement should have been written in black.

My choice is Lazar. He's got the size to be an NBA 3.

Of the guys on the roster now, I don't really see a first round draft pick and if you're not a first round draft pick your odds of sticking in the NBA are slim.  James is a very solid player, but at his height he needs some special dimension, like being a tremendous passer or shooter or floor general.  Can any of you see him directing an NBA team?  McNeal, Matthews and Hayward play positions where there is the most talent (there are more talented SG/SF type players in this country by far than any other position) and again, none of them have a singular talent that separates them from the pack.  I think James' on the ball defense is the best single quality any of the four of them have.  Hayward can improve enough to sneak in, though, but I'm not seeing at the moment.

Disclaimer:  I watched Doc Rivers for three years and never thought he'd amount to much in the NBA and I thought Sam Worthen was going have the type of playing career that Rivers eventually wound up having.

Calvin:  I'm a genius.  But I'm a misunderstood genius.
Hobbes:  What's misunderstood about you?
Calvin:  Nobody thinks I'm a genius.
