What's the deal with our D scheme?  We hedge and triple team leaving players wide open on the perimeter.  At one point Jake was responsible for an entire side of the floor by himself and Crockett hits a wide open 3.  Just stupid.

Right... this team would have 21 points if it was man to man and covered the shooters.... Most they shots are wide open, practice shots....

I'd like to see more man.  We're athletic enough for it if we leave Gardner in the middle.

They have no one who can beat Marquette with defense on em..... The only guy who was capable was Cleveland Melvin and hes gone anyone know what happened to him?? Or Why???

How does a team allow 41 points in the final 14 1/2 minutes to a team that has lost nine straight? We haven't challenged a shot since the 15:00 mark. Disgraceful.

Recently, I remember it being said on here (quite often) that D wasn't a big issue for this team...

The only thing this team does well is cheer for someone taking a charge.

This team is the absolute worse defensive MU team in a long time. It boils down to personnel. There isn't a pro on the roster, but there are many mid-major players.

But it can't be the defenses fault this year! It's all D Wilson. Didn't everyone get the memo?!

Crowd here is easily 75% Marquette fans. Embarrassing for DePaul.
Have some patience, FFS.

Assuming you play defense....DePaul is a great team to pad the stats against because they simply cannot play defense.

Juan makes so many mistakes due to a lack of confidence it is unreal.  Travels on wide open dunks, bobbled asses, dropped rebounds.  Guy has never gotten comfortable.

DePaul not making the jumpers again. We should be good.

They cannot play defense.
