Big East Tourney Bye

Does anyone think we may be better off not getting a first round bye in the BET? This would give Trevor one more game to get a little more acclimated with college ball before we face a UConn, ND, etc?

If you could guarantee me that SJU will be the 12 seed, and ND will be the 4, with our depth, I'd be fine with it. Throw teams like Syracuse, or Louisvill into the mix, and I wouldn't feel as good about it. All depends.

IMO, if we get the 4 seed, it will be because ND will lose coming down the stretch.  I don't know what their remaining schedule is, but I don't think they're as good as the 3 teams ahead of them and I think they are capable of losing any given night. If we don't get the 4 seed, I'll think back to the loss at ND as the reason why.
