Peach, made from the tree in our yard.

Peaches grown north of the Mason-Dixon?  Must taste like a fleshy crab apple.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

My PB and J....  double decker.  Grape jelly on the 2 outside pieces, then a double sided PB slice in the middle.  mmmm.....PB & J....

Of course, Arby's sauce is an acceptable addition to a PB&J, but that would be another topic.  (Don't want Finegan to drop the hammer back on me.   ;D)

Crunchberry jam.        You get the all berry box and jamify them.

Effing delicious and the diabetic coma afterwards makes you forget your troubles.

Are we all in agreement, then, that orange marmalade is the red delicious of jellies?

Depends on what you put it on.

Peanut butter sandwich, gross.

Hot buttered biscuit, yummy.
Have some patience, FFS.

Or a red delicious

There are the red delicious you get in cafeterias and hotels, etc., and there are fresh red delicious you can get picked in orchards around here and in some local supermarkets.  While the former are flavorless, the latter are often quite good.  I grabbed an red delicious apple after breakfast at a hotel in Illinois this past weekend and finally understood this board's open hostility toward them.

Fresh picked off a tree they are decent. Many better options though.

BTW - I agree with the marmalade analysis.

These attacks on marmalade shall not stand, man, they shall not stand. There is a time and a place for marmalade, including on a piece of goddamn breakfast toast.

Paddington Bear is a bear of class and taste. Does he eat regular old JELLY? Friends, he does not. He eats the queen's preserve--MARMALADE.

Reluctantly, I will concede that marmalade is an acceptable choice for fictional characters like Paddington Bear and Chick.
