I trust all you bucky haters will disagree but there are few traditions in sport better than Jump Around at Camp Randall.

Good tradition, but it’s gotten old. The sports version of a flip phone with roaming charges.

80,000 in unison.  Opposing players too.  Even the television sideline reporter.  Um, no, it's not getting old.

That's like saying Yankee uniforms are out of date or the Lambeau leap isn't cool anymore.

I’m a Packers fan, and the Lambeau leap isn’t what it used to be either.

Different strokes, I guess....

Yep, old and lame seems to be the natural destiny for many of us.

Meh. I used to think it was cool. Then I went to an SEC school. What Badger fans do for two minutes of a game is essentially what the fans are doing here for the entire game.

I’m surprised there’s no outrage over the song — “if ya girl steps up I’m smackin the hoe” — how naughty!!

Definitely. When I was at Vanderbilt, the opposing team’s fans used to be pretty wild.  ;)

It’s a bunch of white boys talkin’ about smacking hoes.  That’s perfectly acceptable in Madison.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

When of my goals is to make a tour of SEC schools to catch games at night.  I don't know if there is a better place to watch a game than A&M though - especially at night versus a ranked opponent.

Having attended dozens of Badger football games during my lifetime, Jump Around is cool, but the overall atmosphere is way more laid back than it was 20-25 years ago.  Occasionally it still ramps up, especially when the students have all day to prepare, but 11:00 games are very sleepy.

Is it the little wells that make perfect little syrup containers, or something about the recipe?

Honestly, it's the density. Waffles are a bit lighter, that's what I need.

Waffles are lighter?  I would have said the opposite.

Try Swedish pancakes.  Paper thin.

I just convinced my wife to make waffles right now.  SCORE.

More time consuming to make at home, but I love waffles. If you're looking for great waffles, check out Press. They started with a food truck in Milwaukee. They do still have that at events, but also do Waffle Sunday mornings at Hawthorne Coffee on Howell & Plainfield. Great flavor combinations that include honey goat cheese, candied bacon, and seasonal fruit options.

Waffles are just pancakes with air.

Let's get to a real question. Which hoodie should I buy?

Here (USA) we eat waffles usually for breakfast. When I was in Belgium on a business trip I asked why there were no waffles on the breakfast menu. The waiter said that waffles are a dessert usually topped off with strawberries and whipped cream; or a sweet snack sold at sporting or concert events.

I believe the U.S. is somewhat of an anomaly when it comes to having sugary things for breakfast.  I had a job once where many of my co-workers were raised in other countries, and some of them thought it was a little gross to eat doughnuts or sweet rolls in the morning.

This. It's hard to find doughnuts here before 11 and even harder to find them with frosting.

Also we wonder why we have an obesity problem?
