It was ugly. Fortunately I closed the door to the laundry room door. Thank god for a shop vac.

Such is why I put in 4" rigid and a detachable vent cover when we installed our new gas dryer (ran the new black pipe myself... another $500 saved)... turn the dryer on no heat and one pass with this puppy attached to my Milwaukee Electric Tool m18 cordless on a windy day, and huge clumps of lint become the neighbors' problem.

Aren't lint fires one of the leading causes of house fires?

I would assume it happens a fair bit, but the list below doesn't list lint among the leading causes (with "cooking" being the top).

https://www.nfpa.org/Public-Education/By-topic/Top-causes-of-fire

I think the NFPA would have categorized me as a "young firesetter" a few decades back. Fortunately, I never set the house on fire, but I did light up our driveway once....

I remodeled a bathroom this winter. And I had to redo the bathtub drainage because the tub was too in wider than the previous tub. So I have to cut a PVC in between the joists so you can't get a reciprocating saw, multi-tool, hacksaw anything really in there.

I ended up cutting the PVC pipe with nylon string, just going back and forth back and forth.

Probably the manliest thing I've ever done.

Nothing pisses me off more than a pipe I can't get to with my cordless bandsaw.  It's my most favorite tool of all... sometimes I go in the garage and cut short lengths of conduit just to pass the time.  Very relaxing.

Although, I have learned that I can't cut metal while wearing Crocs anymore.  Those shavings are impossible to get out.

Oh god.... I would never wear athletic socks with Crocs.  Dress socks only.  Much classier.

Crocs have led to the downfall of society as we knew it.  Do you wear those dogs to Arby's too?

Shoulda stuck with the latent mass murderer traits.

He actually had me intrigued in a Jeffrey Dahmer sort of way, but the end left me feeling like I should avoid direct eye contact...

I see nothing wrong with skipping and jumping or the pressing of wildflowers.  But that's pretty much where I draw the line.

You apparently don't know what lumbersexuals are.  You would never see one wearing crocs.
Have some patience, FFS.

Lumber sexuals are just woods-adjacent hipsters.

Lots of lumber sexuals in Augusta, apparently.
