After being a member since the conference's founding in 1913, UW-Superior will likely be leaving the WIAC.

The last time a team left the WIAC (WSUC as it used to be called) was when UW-Milwaukee left in 1964.

It's funny that a Wisconsin school would leave for a Minnesota based league.

I'm just viewing it as Minnesota league vs Wisconsin league, which makes it funny. It does make sense.
