Last year my season ticket pre-sale was on September 29th, with general public single game tickets some time in mid-October. I imagine it would be similar this year.

Anyone recall if MU rolls out partial-season packages before single games go public?  I assume so, but can't recall how it was done in the past.

Yes. They certainly made mini packs available bf single game.  Then during the season they sometimes do creative combos.
