Boot siting!  Froling on crutches and if you zoom in you can see a boot on his right foot between some guys.

WELCOME TO MU MEN'S BASKETBALL, HARRY!  IT'S OFFICIAL!

Sounds more like a sighting, but you're the grammar guy today :)

It's up on MU basketball's Instagram site.

But tell me more about these national champions' offenses being better than their offenses.

Hey, it's the offseason.  Let's just put all the returning players in boots 'till October, just in case.

I don't recall seeing many players in a walking boot since Wojo took over. Duane had one Bazz's last year. Hank had one for a couple weeks I think. Can't remember many recently. Maybe this is a sign that Wojo is starting to get it. The toughness of a team directly correlates with the walking boots needed for the team members.

Does the team tape up when they play sandlot?  Does tape even work at their size and speed?

Good news for you.  Some kids I coached in volleyball were playing against Marquette's club team at the Rec Center last night, so I went to check it out.  Markus and Heldt were at the Rec Center in MU polos coaching a girl's intramural team.  Markus's hair is back to the way it was during the season.  Pretty funny to see Heldt towering over everyone in the gym and then Howard being of pretty average height with the girls on his team.

Ya, not surprised. Wasn't his best look.
