FTs no matta.

Not what I heard.  I heard from a close source that he wanted to play for Marquette number 1.

Bucky gagged again ... losing the MSU

http://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/boxscore?gameId=400914946

now 1 - 4 in the last 5.

If they choke their game against Iowa at home this week, they are at serious risk of winding up in 5th place in the B1G

From January 1st until last Wednesday, Bucky led the B1G.  And in the space of 6 days they can go from 1st to 5th with an Iowa loss.

Can you say "8 seed" meaning they get the 1 seed in the next round of the Tourney (assuming they beat their 9 seed first).

If FTs are about confidence, then Nigel Hayes is hopelessly lost ... he was 4 for 12 in FTs today!

Revel in their pain.   Koenig does not look like he is recovered from his calf strain.    Sparty was able to guard Happ without doubling.   When a team has size on the wings to contest Brown and Hayes, can guard Happ without doubling, and have quicker guards than Bucky......

They've looked pretty bad for awhile.  Whoever gets matched up with them in the tourney has got to feel pretty good.
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

I would feel better about this, except we went from 3rd to 7th in about 8 minutes yesterday!

Even better, they got beat by a Bohanon shot.

Wasn't watching, but that's fantastic!

I really really... Really hate Madison.  I'd be ecstatic if we drew them somehow in the tournament (when we get there)

That was an unbelievable meltdown by the rodents. They got absolutely destroyed by Iowa's press. Was very glad I witnessed it  8-)

Nigel Hayes would have been more motivated on those inbounds passes if he was paid. Yikes, those were lazy.

Bucky is now 1 - 5 in the last 6.  Overall 22 - 7 (11 - 6)

Eight days ago Bucky was leading the B1G.  Now they are in fourth place.  If they lose Sunday to Minn they will probably be out of the double-bye for the B1G tourney.

Both brothers who played for UW celebrating wildly with the IOWA bench.
Hayes went all hero ball attempting to one-hand it right off the rim, with no box out, and it harmlessly sailed right over his head and landed in the exact spot he vacated.  His ill-timed jump was completely unnecessary.  To make things worse, he didn't recognize Bohanon spotting up behind the arch and closed way too late.  Hayes spends all his time coasting, whining and standing over his opponent on every dead ball.
A complete disaster of a senior senior season, and true cancer to the team.
If Gard had Wojo's ba11s, he'd sit him on the old hardwood for a spell!  He doesn't.

Would any of you not cheer your brother on if he played for UW?

Difference between UW and Xavier.

Xavier had a small margin with good players.
They lost Davis, Sumner, Bluiett (who needs time to get back in form).
Macura is good but not a star type and not ready to be the leader.

So they imploded for lack of talent.

But UW has their people...just not playing like winners anymore.

Lessons for MU...need to keep depth...don't depend on just 6 guys (we don't and that's good). Need to have even intensity all year to be successful.
