I think this is a very close decision and a leak could change the player's mind.

So its like Shaka-watch huh?

Why would a leak change a player's mind?

Yall are overthinking it. If a kid has been really thinking about a big of decision as this for god knows how long, what essentially is internet rumor isnt going to change his mind.

17 year olds have changed their minds on far less.

A leak never changed my mind when I was young, but one did put me in lockup for a few hours after I was caught taking it on the side of Grunts.**

I believe Bob Knight had agreed to be the Wisconsin coach, but they leaked it and he changed his mind.

Assuming Tillman told all the coaches, if a leak happens, it doesn't mean it's the school he chose leaking it.

Most likely come from the inside. So one tells someone and says don't tell anyone and it goes from there.

Right, but for him to change his pick as people have been worried about, he would have to believe it started from the school he chose. Just saying that may not be the case.

There hasn't even been a leak, has there? So the last page has been speculation of a leak that could possibly happen?

A) anytime you hold up Bob Knights actions as the example of 'it's happened' you need to rethink your approach - plus, that was decades ago
B) one of 11 predictors on one recruiting site does not a leak equal.  hell, there's probably been more time and thought put into this change on Scoop than the predictor put into his change.
C) y'all need to relax

Im not worried about a leak changing his mind or saying one happened. I just love any excuse to post that story.

Just a lot of anxious energy until 11:50.

There's been no leak.  Why are we discussing a leak?  Even if a flood of last-second predictions comes before the announcement (like what happens 80% of the time), do you really think a guy will change the course of his life over like 100 people knowing where he's going pre-decision?  Come on.

No, if he doesn't choose Marquette it is because Izzo told the Duke beat writer to change his crystal ball vote last night to Marquette in exchange for future inside information - knowing full well that the leak would be perceived to come from Wojo due to his weekly Thursday night call with Coach K that is scheduled just before Coach K's weekly call with the Duke writer.

He's informed the coaches already.  He isn't changing his mind.  Simply put, the coaches have no reason to leak anything.

One school knows for sure.  The other two may know it's not them but maybe they don't know which one got the commitment.

This may be one of the few times a commitment doesn't leak early.

Exactly. This family has been very thoughtful throughout. That's why early on I had a great feeling re: MU's position in this one.
