Take CB with a grain of salt, I know, but has there ever been a recruit that every "expert" has missed on as would be the case here if XT committed to MU?

Yes. Happens all the time. Cristal bowel is a little marketing tool / game

Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

Fellow warriors.  Sorry I am in Tokyo. Took JAL from ORD to Narita (on Wednesday) and I have horrible jet lag.  I have not called anyone and probably wont.  Did get text that wojo and stan both got a call, but no details to share. But as I said before I think the player should have the right to announce his decision.  I still think it was a 50/50, but in the end there is only one winner.  If Mom had the final choice I would say 80/20 MU. I think she wants X to get a little farther away. But I honestly don't know what was decided.

Will have to try to stay up tonight (it is Friday here)  to check messages and maybe have  a couple of fingers of Pappy Van winkle FR-20 if a celebration is in order. Or to drown my tears.  Either way I win.

So Wojo and Stan already got the call would think if he was coming we would know by now. Anything on the twitter front??

By that logic one of the schools would know by now, so it has to be out there somewhere.

That's why I'm asking the dirty old men that follow teenage boys in twitter maybe there is enough out there if calls have been made

Well, if you already picked Michigan State, there might be no reason to change one's crystal bowl prediction.  The one change today was from Michigan to Michigan State, so if word's leaking out...
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Maybe until the 40 or so top 50 guys who haven't committed do, but in the final rankings? No way. Unlikely we'll be in the top 25. But we needed bigs, and if Tillman comes to MU (unlikely IMHO) we'll have 3 good ones and a project - and a very successful class.

Marquette just got a Crystal Ball pick from Andrew Slater, Duke Insider. Might be irrelevant. But it's close enough to announcement time that maybe it's not.

Slater has a pretty good track record. With about 12 hours to the announcement, that could actually be significant.

I think this is a very close decision and a leak could change the player's mind.
