TBT and our Warriors
« on: July 19, 2016, 10:08:37 PM »
I've seen it posted the game on Friday is at 7:00.

The game is 6 pm CST.  Can't wait for the Ox!

JB, what's a fella to do in Vegas watching live ball, running the chat room, and watching our Warriors whoopin on Crean's boys???

What does the bracket say for the timing of the game for Friday's winner?

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

The game is in Philly.

They play on Sauturday if they win.  Just can't tell what time.

Pretty quick turn around if they do win.... Will be interesting to see how many minutes our guys play Friday vs. whoever wins the 9PM Friday game.

Right now the bracket says all of the Saturday games are at noon, which I doubt since I believe they're all being played at the same place. I expect the winner of MU's game to have the latest game saturday, since the team they'll be playing will have played at 9pm on friday.

Even Mrs. MU82 is psyched to watch Friday's game.

Do we know if Gardner is playing tonight?  The ESPN article didn't list his name

Avante made it sound like he would be there. We probably won't know until game time or until they tweet something out about who will or will not be there. Curious about Lockett, nobody seems to know why he wasn't there last weekend.

Has Big Daddy been rummaging through Davante's gym bag to see if the jersey is in there or not?

Boeheim's Army was stacked.  Remind me why Hakkim Warrick didn't play long in the NBA?!?

Anybody see that Lawrence 'Trend' Blackledge is playing for our potential Final 4 opponent, Team Utah?

Because he simply couldn't shoot.  Under 20% from 3 for his entire career.  Great athlete but never really did anything basketball wise that would wow you.  He could defend a little with his length, but boy was he skinny.  6'9", 215???

Still he played for 8 seasons.

I seem to recall reading that Trend spent a lot of time with Wesley in Utah after Wesley caught on with the Jazz.  Maybe he made a bunch of connections while he was there?
