Marcus Jackson is still a beast.  But what happened to DJO?  he used to be automatic behind the arc.  Going to need him in the 2nd half to hit some of those.

Marquette plays Spartan Heroes today. Good article from AE on this:

Sparty only ran out 7 guys yesterday. Leon Rodgers was the only real big at 6'8", but they also did have a few 6'6" guys in Delvin Roe, Brandan Kearney, and Alan Arnett. They rebounded as a team well, collecting 42 boards.

The roster also lists Derrick Nix and Raymar Morgan, neither of whom played yesterday. Nix was apparently on the Pistons Summer League team, so he may be available today (unless he's still under his Euro contract). I believe Morgan is still under contract in Europe. If either or both are available, their size will be tough to deal with (especially after watching Rico Hill yesterday).

Could really use Jamil today. Anyone know what Trent Lockett's status is? He's another that could really help defensively against a big lineup.

# of rebounds isn't a good measurement. 34.9% off reb for their opponent; only 29.8% for Spartans.

Totally fair, but we only snagged 21.2% on the offensive glass. Also, for total rebounds, Sparty got 46.7% while we nabbed 32.3%. I expect we'll be outrebounded again today.
