I agree with TAMU's comments that we will be a better this season.  Sure we will miss Henry, but, as a Freshman, he made a lot of mistakes that hurt us during the year.  The 2016-17 Warriors can score and handle the ball and that spells winning.  Hope we have good news today.

Yes, scoring leads to winning.

My astute thought for the day.

When you have been in the PC industry since 85.....This is how you send your 100 or 2 emails on a daily basis.....

No time......

You guys are all thumbs....With the phones.....I am from the generation that now gives you guys a job......

Good luck.....

Every once in a while I stop by and check the maturity level of typical MU student......

Very impressed......

Actually not an MU student so my maturity level is likely of no value in your survey.

I am actually impressed when I consider how many period keys you must have worn out over the last 31 years.

Ah yes. It's that time of year when Scoop becomes a haven for young 12 year old girls who argue with each other all day. It's a beautiful thing.

Is Burger the same cat that got on Chico's case a few years ago for saying he "owned" a portion of DirecTV's business?

If so I shared a few nice private messages with him that resulted in him calling me a commie.  Good times.

Gill would be a real help next year, Young a standard freshman big. My expectations for next year are built without either, so I consider them icing on the cake .

Wojo is not on a hot seat at all. He just got a conference extension and Lovell is in love with him

Wally was not pole axed. He is welcome to play on the team he just has to pay tuition if he wants to play basketball.  Just like Cam Marotta.  I am not a big fan of Wojos methods but in this case he legitimately needed to free up a scholarship . There are others in the mix besides Gill and Young.

No one's saying you should be banned, but you really need to get that 50 grand contribution to the mods before you post again.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

A commie?  Was this in 1953?

The Providence coach is "positioning" that he has developed Bentil and Dunn.....

Those. are both "maybe's" at the next level......(I think Bentil will be a much better player than Dunn)

We have developed and have "stars" at the next level.....

Wade......Butler......Crowder.....Matthews.....and Henry sound like a Top 10 pick ahead of Dunn.....

Name "one" Providence star in the past 20 years at the next level......Ummmmmmmmmm......

WOJO needs to turn the tables on Cooley......Providence was a mess until this year and as far as I am concerned.....A
one trick pony......

They will probably be in the 2nd half of the division next year......Back to normal.....and we will be back in the tournament......Back to normal.....

That the NBA arena, the facilities, and practicing and scimmaging at times with NBA players definitely make the choice an easy one.....

Better school also......(better academics)

Done deal.....

Which one does WOJO want.....is more the question.......

Dunn is projected to be a higher pick than Henry.

None of those players you listed were coached or developed by Wojo.

Providence was a mess until last year? They've been to 3 straight NCAA tournaments? Remind me what Marquette did the last 3 years?

better academics? According to who? Marquette is the #86 ranked national university. Providence is the #2 Regional University in the North.

Dunn is projected to be a higher pick than Henry.

Try this one for accuracy: "Dunn is projected by some to be a higher pick than Henry. Not true for others, but for some."

Is 3 years the measuring stick, especially when it comes to the final year of one coach and the first 2 of the next? If so, 15-17, 15-17, 19-15 for Providence.. no postseason.

Yes, the last three years Providence has been a 6, 9 and 11 seed and managed one victory.

Yes, in the last 15 years, Providence has been to the tourney 4 times and won a single game.

I'm thinking MU as a program has been just a bit stronger, a''ina?

Let me get this straight. You're comparing one national ranking... to a "Regional University in the North" (wtf?) ranking?

Leave the guy alone.  He still thinks Georgetown has an outside shot for a 1 seed in the 2016 NCAA Tournament.
