Marq wining turkey tournaments since 2000
« on: November 25, 2015, 09:33:53 AM »
2001 Great Alaska Shootout - finished 26-7 and lost to Tulsa in NCAAs
2005 Great Alaska Shootout - finished 20-11 and lost to Bama in NCAAs
2006 CBE - 24-10 lost to MSU in NCAAs
2011 - Paradise Jam - finished 27-8 and lost to FL in NCAAs

I think unequivocally getting back to the Big Dance would be considered a success this year.  I'd also take the average W-L of those seasons (24.25-9) in a heartbeat.  Let's hope the trends continue.

Good stuff.  The best part about winning is that now a bunch of 18 year old kids KNOW that Wojo knows what he's doing.  Coach 'em up. Let's use these next 5 weeks to get better.  It's what we do in January and February that matters now.

This. We needed results for them to buy into wojos philosophy. With some results I think we'll start seeing a cohesive unit now
