The Player Formerly Known As Juan Anderson

...Is now listed as  Juan Ronel Toscano-Anderson and is currently making significant contributions on Team Mexico at the FIBA Americas Championship.  Anyone know where the Toscano came from, and from where he gets his Mexican creds?

It's his mom's name.  I don't know how he qualifies to be on the Mexican team.

Here are all his stats and player page. He's played in two games so far and is averaging 34 mins per game. His other averages are;
