Cooley and Company are  in the mix for Jeenathan Williams. That is a good sign.

A lot of people might not get your point, but I believe I do.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Would you take Cooley over Wojo right now? What about over Stan?

Not me.  As i have stated unwaveringly on multiple occassions i think Wojo did an absolutely fantastic job with the team this past year.  With huge personel liabilities he still managed to coax that team to an NCAA birth.  That birth provided legitimacy to the vision that Wojo is painting to recruits and their parents in living rooms across the country.  Wojo has proven to be a fantastic recruiter, and as i have stated before, clearly his vision now coupled with the results, has some of the top recruits across the country listening and believing.

From the Iowa State board Publisher after the completion of his visit this weekend...

--- Sounds like it will be between Iowa State and Marquette, but who knows if the Pitt/Xavier visits change that. There is a theory out there that he could cancel those visits too.

--- Just from the sound of things, I'd call Iowa State the favorite right now but Marquette is a very real contender. The others seem more like long shots.

Is it fair to compare Morrow to Jeenathan Williams? Starting to really like Williams play

Buzz just offered Williams as well.

Syracuse had multiple coaches watching Jeenathan this weekend. He had another 30 point performance today.

No, very different players.

No, very different players.

I think it was a "who would you rather have" as opposed to a direct comparison..

Not necessarily...as we know, things can change in college BB from year to year. Would NOT surprise me in the least if someone left after next year. I hope it doesn't happen, but transfers are the norm now days.

Maybe you do. I would prefer Hauser and Grimes, with no other unexpected roster change through 2018-19.

Morrow is a proven and productive  college player at the Big Ten level. As such he goes to the top of the list.

As far as high school players go, I am delighted for us to sign up anyone we are recruiting. Until they step foot on campus they are still unproven and any laurels hype etc earned at the high school level should be taken with a grain of salt.
