Spoiler alert... Wisconsin is ranked much higher than expected.  Evidently, the scales of judgment were weighted down with a half barrel of beer, a 40 lb. block of Colby, and a never-ending string of encased meats.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.
