How was the sound quality?   Could you hear everything WoJo said?  What about the questions that were asked?

Sound quality was excellent.

I could hear Wojo just fine.  Unfortunately, he didn't say anything I haven't already heard him say 20 times before.

And no questions were asked.
Have some patience, FFS.

The fanny pack is Greg "Pope" Johnson. In that picture is O Ball, Ric Cobb and Artie, I think.

Nice article on The Pope.  Left school without finishing his degree.  In 2010, he reapplied under EOP and graduated in May 2014.

They had chicken, brats, barbecue and hot dogs.  Also baked beans, pasta salad and potato salad.  Very good.

I am BBQ curious (sounds like a sex ad- lol).

With Buzz , the BBQ should have been Texas style,IE high quality Brisket very slow cooked with a dry rub . Here, Sauce isn't nearly as big a deal or key to BBQ rankings as it is in other locales.

With Wojo, the BBQ might shift to Carolina style which includes a sweet hickory sauce. Locales like KC, Memphis and the Carolinas grade their BBQ with more sauce emphasis.

Is the BBQ served now dryrub meat focused, or does the sauce make the BBQ?

Again, I am a BBQ curious lover. LOL
I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

Sauce ruins the meat. Spoken like a true Texan.

Where do they inject their meat? That's what I do. Can't go wrong with some doctor pepper injections

Not a fan of the Carolina style. That's the more vinegary sauce right?
