So it isn't about practice, and it isn't about game production, JJJ should just be unleashed, results be damned.
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

to be fair he was pulled for a biffed layup.

Juan has had about 3 worse ones and Derrick had one where it looked like he was playing dodgeball.

So many open seats on the lower level. Where is the support?

Luke with one field goal attempt, made it

Juan, Duane and Cohen 1 for 8 from three. Carlino 3 for 4

JJJ played like 30 seconds and yanked for that one miss.  Got to be in doghouse, others don't get pulled that quick otherwise Juan be on bench many times.

JJJ doesn't get pulled because of 1 missed shot.  He gets pulled because he is our worst player and isn't ready to be on the court.  He can't shoot the ball, but he doesn't drive to the hoop (and when he does he's scared of contact), and he doesn't defend.  He's just not ready to contribute to the team really in any way.

JJJ with a nice one minute stint...misses a 2 footer in transition.  BENCH.  Awesome way to reinforce confidence in a player.
