Bay Lake Towers at Disney World

Has anybody been there? Plan to take our 4-year-old Grand daughter. Reviews are generally positive, but some say the service there is less than other Disney Hotels. Thanks.

If you are staying as a DVC member, there are some reduced services, like housekeeping.  If you are staying as a regular paying customer, everything should be the same as any other Disney resort.
