Levin to Long Beach

Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

Yep.  Could have gone Juco and not played and would have had 3 years PT.

Good luck, young man.   I hope you find what you are looking for.
I really felt Gabe could have played an important role for us. He produced at a high level as a freshman in a decent conference (same one Carlino came from). I know some have said he saw the hand writing on the wall given the other players we have. However, none of our players or recruits are particularly noted for rebounding and that essentially is what this kid was bringing to the table.

I hope he stays at Long Beach and has a good remainder of his career.

That is a good question.  Can he redshirt at two institutions?  (Fall at MU...Spring at LB?)  If so, he will have  the 2.5 you mention.  Otherwise he has just 1.5.

Long Beach St. is where Dan Monson is?  Haven't heard that name in a while.

He's transferring to Santa Monica Community College for the spring semester as a student only and then will go on scholarship next fall at Long Beach State.  3 years left I'm assuming.

I still wonder if he has a girlfriend back at Loyola-Marymount and that helped prompt the transfer.  Santa Monica is only about 5 miles away and LBSU about 20 miles.  Plans were very well advanced for someone who had just decided to transfer.  The junior college was mentioned right away as was LBSU.  Could have been the former LMU assistant now at LBSU, but I really think there was more or he could have looked at Northwestern and Notre Dame again as they have spots for 2015.

Long Beach State is known for playing a very hard non-conference schedule each year. No different this season BYU, Xavier, Kansas State, UCLA, Texas, St. John's,  Syracuse,  Louisvile, San Diego State,  Steven F Austin and Nevada is just some on this year's schedule.   :o

But I don't think he will be eligible until after the fall semester since he used a scholarship for the summer.  (Similar to TJ Taylor and McKay)

Maybe, but I don't care either.  His deal.

What's the Guiness world record for colleges attended?
