Hoyas may be listed, but I wouldn't really say they are in on: Newman, Swanigan, or Comanche.

none of them are considering Georgetown to my knowledge.

Crawford, Dozier, Rabb, Skal are the ones we're actually on and I listed them in the likelihood of us landing them.

What are you interested in?  The predictions five minute before the kid announces (picks up the hat) ... those are pretty accurate.

Or are you interested in the predictions weeks or months before the kid announces?  Use a magic eight-ball, about as accurate.

Depends on your definition. They are better as an general guideline of who has momentum. But HBerg is right. When you can change your pick five minutes before the decision....

You cant look at the overall, look at individual and their history with covering certain teams (college, HS, AAU)  for instance look at Mark Miller and MU, he picks earlier than most on MU and is right.

Absolutely. For my money, Miller is the key when it comes to MU recruiting. I take what he says to the bank.

Great summary - love the  bolding. Makes it so easy to scan. With all the Crystsl Ball predictions to KY it makes you think they have unlimited scholarships lol

The other one is UConn. They've got two locked up for 2015 and still have a bunch of predictions. Though I hope they are right about Stone, I don't want to see him in a Vadger uniform

He does have an ESPN grade of 80, which is the same as the guys listed 95-100.  So, he is right there.

Does it really matter what his grade is?  Not really, only thing that matters is how he plays during the 4 years at MU.  Juan was a Top 100 kid, how has that worked out?  Higher expectations
for him.  Brian Butch was Top 10 as well.  Brian redshirted his first year, who does that if he really was a Top 10 kid.  What really matters is when Duane Wilson or another player says, that kid
can play.  Jimmy Butler, Jay Crowder, there are good players everywhere that were not ranked.  More importantly, see who is recruiting the kid and what schools will tell you how good the kid
is.

I just reran some numbers on RSCI high school ranking vs a player being drafted by the NBA.

Once you get past the top 30 ranked or so there isn't much difference in the odds of a player rated top 50 of getting drafted and a player rated near the bottom of the top 100.

using years 1999-2010;
104 players ranked between 1-10 were drafted (86.7%)
72 players between 11-20 were drafted (60.5%)
47 players between 21-30 were drafted (39.8%)
29 players between 31-40 were drafted (24.4%)
22 players between 41-50 were drafted (18.6%)
21 players between 51-60 were drafted  (17.6%)
18 players between 91-100 were drafted (15.3%)  among them;  Gilbert Arenas, Emeka Okafor, Darren Collison, Draymond Green, Greivis Vasquez

No. 65 Matt McQuaid is down to Creighton and Michigan St. Visited Creighton two weekends ago and going up to East Lansing this upcoming weekend, probably will have a decision soon.

Do you have a link? I can't seem to find anything about McQuaid being down to two. I hope y'all get him, he seems like a perfect fit for McDermmott's system.
