Haanif you're smarter than that. TAMU is 100 miles downwind of Baylor and I can still smell Drew's stench

What was the outcome of the guy in the stands - did they wheel him out?  Player looked a little shaken up too...

After seeing this: http://www.givengobasketball.com/narrowing-down-lists, I hope we get Cheatham over the other SG's we've offered. It's obviously just a small snippet but he talks like the kind of kid I want to represent MU. He mentioned academics multiple times and respects our tradition.

For what it's worth, he got two more Marquette picks on 247 in the past couple days.

For some schools he talked about his relationship with assistant coaches and the others he talked about the head coach, except for MU where he talked about both the assistant's and head coach.

According to the article he has a soft date of September 5th for making his decision. He visits us 5 days before that. Let's hope Wojo locks him up

Lots of competition for the this slot has gone elsewhere.   Haanif, come on down!

A couple more Crystal Ball predictions for Cheatham to Marquette as of today.  All predictions since Mark Miller's on July 7th are for MU, including those from national recruiting writers Jerry Meyer and Corey Evans.

Cheatham was reportedly on his campus visit with his mother to Cal when the earthquake hit.

4 years.   Weeks where the temperature never got above zero, windchills of -50.   Yeah, I remember.   Going to bars in docksiders with no socks.    But you can dress for cold.   Tough to dress for earthquakes.

Earthquakes: like going on a great ride ride at an amusement park, except some of you chit breaks.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

For me, that day was yesterday.  Those things are comfortable.

Also, Haanif visits this weekend. Let's try to keep the earthquakes to a minimum.

And blizzards.  After all, it is almost September.
