Dom sounds like he's going to be just fine.  Good head on his shoulders.  This interview makes me proud to be an alum.

I love when he corrects those who say his season is over.  "We play Pitt on Wednesday." I feel a lot better about the rest of the season knowing Dom will be on the bench.  Coulda, shouda, woulda, but had MU had his presence and coaching on the bench we would've won.

Wow - had to listen tot he whole thing.  He is first class, and continues to be such a GREAT representative of Marquette.  He is one mature individual who has been a joy to have with us for 4 years.

Go DJ and help Marquette keep Go-Go-GOING!

Go Marquette!!

I love this quote:

"But like always, if you look at Coach and tell him you need to come out of the game, he'll look the other way."

And this one:

"That's the reason why I came here...and that's the best thing about this university. It has nothing to do with how long the ball's bouncing; it's got to do with how long your heart's beating. And as long as my heart's beating, I know I'm going to be taken care of."

Hard not to get emotional when you see him talk about his teammates and the Marquette family. Hard to believe Saturday is the last time I'll see Coach James with Wes, Dwight, and Jerel at the BC.

I've never heard an injured player say, "I hate when people say my season is over.  My season is still going.  We play Pitt on Wednesday."

Awesome attitude from Dom.  Don't underestimate his presence on the bench whether he's playing or not.

It will be sad to see this group of guys go.

If you want to know what "We Are Marquette" really means, it's all right there in that statement.

Class act!  Mo and Cubie have a couple of games to put get comfortable at PG.  Would be nice to win at least 1 of the next two, but more important that they boost their confidence in their role so Jerel doesn't feel as if he has to do it all himself.
