Is Roscoe's worth stopping at on the way back from Iowa???

It seems like sacrilege for a "local," but I have always thought Roscoe's is overrated.  IMHO, you'd be better off at Famous Dave's or Dickie's.

That said, there are some who swear by it, so you might end up loving it....

Why do they call the mini versions of candy bars "fun size" when they are not as fun as a regular size candy bar?
Have some patience, FFS.

Because the “why bother?” size didn’t sell as well as they had hoped.

Seriously though - has anyone ever eaten just one fun size bar?

The same reason sportsmen  call hunting elephants conservation, I always thought conserving meant to save the life not to kill it.
Winning is overrated. The only time it is really important is in surgery and war.

Contracting would be my first choice, but I'd also consider moving.

Those are pretty much the only options, right?

The size of the candy bar matters?

For me, it's more about knowing my limitations - mostly my lack of patience for household projects, leading to a tendency to use a hammer as the solution to any problem.  So if I tried to do the project myself, it would end up being so awful that I'd need to call a contractor anyway to fix the damage.  In the end, going straight to the contractor is more of a money saver.

Yeah, we have people for that...   ;D

Also, we started out with vinyl sheet flooring in our bathrooms.  Much easier to deal with when we remodeled.

Bosch Bulldog (or Makita) with a tile scraper attachment blade. Can rent at The Depot.

I just don’t understand how anyone could pass up the opportunity to rent a jackhammer.
Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

She said they started with vinyl, so she must be reffering to the boathouse.
